Enhancements to Media Studio: Campaign Create and Modify Flight Scheduling

We’ve introduced new enhancements to Media Studio that make it easier to create, modify, and manage campaign budgets and flights.

Create Campaigns with Flight-Level Control

When you create a new campaign, you’ll notice an updated Budget & Dates experience that gives you more precise control at the flight level.

Budget & Impression Goals

• You can continue to choose between a Budget or Impression Goal campaign type.
• If you select Impression Goal, you’ll estimate the budget for the flight and manually enter that amount into the Flights section.

Budgets: Adding and Managing Flights

• Budgets are now managed at the Flight level, giving you more flexibility and clarity.
• During initial campaign creation, you’ll start with a single flight to keep setup simple and consistent.
• Once the campaign is live, you can use Campaign Modify to click Add Flight and schedule multiple, distinct flights within the same campaign
• Each flight includes a clear status based on its dates: Live, Upcoming, or Completed.

Campaign Overview & Modify: Clearer Flights, Cleaner Controls

We’ve also redesigned the campaign overview and modification experience to make it easier to understand what’s running now, what ran before, and what’s coming next.

Dedicated Flights Tab

• Every campaign now has a dedicated “Flights” tab next to the main “Campaign” tab.
• The old flights drop-down has been removed to reduce confusion.
• The Campaign tab now acts as a lifetime roll-up, showing:

Active Flight & Pacing Visibility

• On the Flights tab, the top banner highlights your current active flight.
• You’ll see that flight’s specific budget, dates, and pacing percentage at a glance.
• Below, a comprehensive table lists every flight in the campaign with a clear status: Completed, Live, or Upcoming.
• This structure gives you an immediate snapshot of past performance, what’s in market, and what’s scheduled next.

Modifying Budgets & Adding Future Flights

• To change a budget or schedule a new flight, use the main “Modify” button at the top right of the campaign view.

Within the modification flow, go to “Schedule & Budget” to:

• Adjust amounts for existing flights
• Use “Add Flight” to build out new future flights with the correct budgets and dates
